Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Liberty Fields Homestead, we handcraft each item with care and offer experiences that connect our community to traditional, farm-based living. Due to the nature of our products and services, we have the following refund and cancellation policy:

Products (Local & Online Sales)

Due to the nature of our of offerings - including homemade personal care items, food products, and other homestead goods - we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We will, however, replace or refund any item that:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Is incorrect due to an error on our part.

To report a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at libertyfieldshomestead@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if applicable.

Workshops, Farm Tours, Events & Work Days

Participant  Cancellations

  • ​Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days in advance

  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the event

  • No refund if cancelled less than 72 hours before the event

Cancellations by Liberty Fields Homestead

  • In the event that we must cancel or reschedule, you will receive a FULL REFUND or may choose to transfer your registration to a future date.
